Placement of Orders
1.1 Any transaction between you and the service from Qkids Education Supplies is between you and Qkids Education Supplies.

1.3 Any orders that you have placed are subjected to delivery capability, product availability and acceptance by us. When you have placed your order online, we will notify you with an email or other forms of notification subject to our company’s policy. This confirmation will be produced immediately, and you must inform us immediately if information is incorrect. Once we received order confirmation, we will check the availability of the particular product and our company’s delivery capability.
Payment and Prices
1.1 All prices listed on the website of the products and services is the price of listing at that given time. Our company reserves the rights to change and amend these price lists.
1.2 Prices and list of pricing will be listed in the website when your order is placed. We only accept online payment ie. Credit Cards, Bank Cards and Online Banking.
Delivery Time
1.1 Our delivery time stated is by approximation only and may vary. We will, at our capability deliver the orders to the designated address.
1.2 Correct and accurate shipping address must be given when placing orders. Qkids Education Supplies will not be responsible or bear any cost if the shipping address given is incorrect or inaccurate. Qkids Education Supplies will not be responsible for late delivery due to the incorrect information/ shipping address or instructions provided by your end.
Delivery
1.1 At this juncture, delivery service is extended to Malaysia only. Items purchased with will be couriered within 3-5 business working days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 business working days for East Malaysia upon payment confirmation. However, Qkids Education Supplies will not guarantee any firm delivery time and any dates quoted by us for the delivery of Product(s) are an approximate only and is not part of our contract with you. We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Product(s).
1.2 All Order(s) made will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. Qkids Education Supplies shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver the Product(s) of acceptable quality to the specified delivery address keyed in by the Customer(s). Kindly take note that it might not be possible for deliveries to be made to some locations due to certain circumstances. In the event that there is no delivery possible for the specified delivery address, we will contact Customer(s) to arrange for the delivery to be made to an alternative address.

1.3 The Customer(s) is to notify Qkids Education Supplies immediately if there is any changes to the specified delivery address keyed in and/or modes of delivery chosen by the Customer(s).
1.4 All deliveries shall be acknowledge and signed off by you or your representative at the time of delivery.This will be stated in the courier service company delivery copy.
1.5 In the event that there is no one present and a missed delivery happens, we will leave you a notification either by phone and/or email and schedule the re-delivery. Qkids Education Supplies shall reserve the rights to charge you an additional delivery charges fee subject to the location of the specified delivery address.
1.6 Qkids Education Supplies shall not be responsible for any Product(s) which are lost in delivery during the transition or otherwise not received. Qkids Education Supplies reserves the right to withhold any deliveries of the Product(s) to the Customer(s) if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer’s credit worthiness or insufficient identifications.
STATUS OF ORDER
For any enquiry on the status of order(s) please email to us. However, if you have already received the tracking number from us, please call the respective courier company and check with them the status of your parcel before contacting us.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
